So, we are almost a day late, but what do you expect… we’re sloths! International Sloth Day is celebrated on 18 October 2014. The main purpose is to bring the world of sloths to all people and educate them about the role of sloths in the natural ecosystems. It is very important to emphasize that only in the forest of their origin they fulfill their function and can continue their evolution. !Carry them in your heart, Leave them in the wild! This is an act of solidarity with the children of the forest, little mammal babies and juveniles, like sloths, monkeys and others that annually are taken brutally away from their mothers chests and sold on the black markets for wildlife. Most of them die. Let’s not contribute to their extinction.
